Eligibility:

To be eligible to participate in the 10% Loss Back Up To $2,500 Welcome Offer Promotion patrons must make their first deposit, wager real money on eligible casino games, and meet the other conditions of this Promotion (e.g., Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).  Patron’s first deposit must be completed during the promotional period to qualify for this offer.

Official Rules:  Terms and Conditions

1.  Description of Promotion 

10% Loss Back Up To $2,500 Welcome Offer – players who successfully complete all the conditions of this Promotion will receive up to a $2,500 Bonus added to their Betly account. General mechanics for this promotion include: 

-  Betly Patrons who wager on eligible casino games during their first 7 days after making their first deposit will receive 10% of their real money net losses back as Bonus Funds, up to a maximum $2,500 Bonus.

 - Eligible casino games for this promotion include all casino games other than Live Dealer casino games. Losses on Sports wagers and Live Dealer Casino wagers are excluded from this promotion.

- The loss back period will begin immediately after the patron makes their first deposit and will end 7 days later at 11:59PM ET. For example, a patron that makes their first deposit at 9AM ET on Wednesday, January 1st would have a loss back period of Wednesday, January 1, 9AM – Wednesday, January 8, 11:59PM ET.

-  Bonus Funds will be awarded up to 72 hours following the completion of the loss back period. 

2.  Promotional Period(s)

This promotion is available from Wednesday, 1/8/2025 at 12:00 AM to Sunday, 2/2/2025 at 11:59M ET. The loss back period for each patron will begin immediately after the patron makes their first deposit and will end 7 days later at 11:59PM ET.

3.  Claiming the Promotion  

After successfully registering an account, making a first deposit, and wagering on eligible casino games during the loss back period - the bonus funds will automatically appear in your account if you experienced a net loss during the loss back period. Bonus Funds will be awarded up to 72 hours following the completion of the loss back period. 

4.  Limitations on Participation

The Welcome Offer Promotion is limited to patrons making their first deposit and can only be used once per patron. 

5.  Wagering Requirements

Awarded Bonus Play has a playthrough requirement before the full value of the bonus credited is eligible to be withdrawn and it is a 1x Playthrough, as per the following wagering requirements per game type.

 - Slots – 100% Wagering Contribution

 - Table Games - 20% Wagering Contribution

 - Roulette, Baccarat, and Video Poker - 10% Wagering Contribution

 - Live Dealer Poker and Live Dealer Blackjack - 20% Wagering Contribution

6.  Order of Funds Used for Wagering

As you start placing wagers, the system will utilize your real money balance before utilizing the bonus balance funds. In other words, the system prioritizes the use of your deposited funds and winnings over the bonus funds.

7.  Withdrawal Restrictions

 To be able to withdraw your bonus funds and any winnings made with bonus funds you must meet all wagering requirements in section 5.  If you cancel any outstanding bonus on your account as detailed in section 8, then this will enable you to withdraw any unused funds from your initial deposit.

Example:  if you deposit $200, receive a $200 bonus, but then cancel your active bonus without making any wagers.  Your $200 deposit is available for withdrawal.

8.  Cancellation of Promotion

Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to Gamewise Terms of Use. Any wager placed in connection with the promotion can not be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

Betly Casino & Sportsbook reserves the right to change the dates, details, prizes and/or cancel the entirety or any part of the promotion at any time without notice.

General Conditions:

H.      Participation in this promotion and acceptance of any offers, gifts, or prizes pertaining to this promotion constitutes permission for Gamewise LLC to use the participant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and residence address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or compensation, unless restricted by applicable law.

I.         Valid identification must be presented prior to receiving any offer, gift, or prize related to this promotion.

J.        This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

K.       All federal, state, and local taxes, if all expenses related to the receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

L.       This promotion is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

M.    Typographical and other errors are subject to correction. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

N.      Awarded prizes are based on availability.

O.      To claim a prize, the winner must follow requirements outlined in  these Terms & Conditions under ‘3. Claiming the Promotion’, must present a valid, government-issued photo ID and permit a photocopy be made of ID provided. Cash prizes valued at $600.00 or more will require the winner to complete an IRS W-9 and IRS 1099 form.

P.       Winners may be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability, a Publicity Release, and a completed IRS W-9 form within 14 days of being named the winner of a prize. 

Q.      Failure to return all required documents in this time might result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner being selected.

R.      Winners may be subject to verification to ensure compliance with these official rules prior to receiving any prize related to this promotion. 

S.       Any offers, gifts, or prizes relating to this promotion are non-transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.

T.       No substitution of a prize by the winner will be permitted unless otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules.  If it becomes necessary to substitute a prize due to unavailability of the prize originally intended, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Gamewise LLC. 

U.      In drawings where multiple winners are selected (including alternates chosen in case of disqualification), final prize positioning shall be based on the order drawn. No duplicates, reproductions or facsimiles will be accepted. Gamewise LLC reserves the right to delay promotion engagement (including drawings) due to unforeseeable issues, until such time as the promotion may proceed.

V.      In drawings where prize awards are dependent upon the winner being “present” within a specific time frame, the “present” time shall begin from the time the winner was drawn.

W.    Participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Gamewise LLC, vendors associated with this promotion, and the respective officers directors, agent, employees and contractors of these entities, from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation or inability to participate in this promotion. 

X.       Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the promotion mechanics and/or implementation will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Gamewise LLC may prohibit a participant from participating in the promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, Gamewise LLC or other parties involved the promotion, including Gamewise LLC’s  employees and vendors.

Y.       If for any reason this promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Gamewise LLC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Gamewise LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Z.       Any disputes regarding this promotion shall be subject to New York law.

AA.  Gamewise LLC claims a copyright in this promotion and all accompanying materials.  No portion of this promotion or the accompanying materials may be duplicated, manipulated or redistributed in any form.  Violators of this copyright are subject to prosecution.

BB.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF  THIS PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GAMEWISE LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

CC.   Gamewise LLC reserves the right to amend any rules of this promotion, facilitate manually, or cancel all or any part of this promotion.

DD. Employees of Delaware North Companies, Inc. and Gamewise LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates and persons licensed by the West Virginia Lottery Commission and persons licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission as on-the-grounds employees, and vendors directly associated with this promotion, their subsidiaries affiliates and agencies, and any immediate family members residing in the same household of any forgoing individuals are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

EE.   Winners must complete all required forms before any cash or prizes may be claimed.

FF.    Gamewise LLC reserves the right to disqualify any persons of the promotion.

GG. Any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules will be resolved by Gamewise LLC management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. 

HH. Persons who have been barred from any Gamewise LLC platform or who have requested West Virginia self-exclusion from the property or state are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

II.       Gamewise LLC will not be held responsible for a patron’s inability to hear his/her name announced during the drawing or patron’s inability to retrieve/access any form of communication notifying them of their winnings.
