Promotion Summary:  Eligible Patrons who wager $50 or more real money on select casino games each day during the promotion period will be awarded one entry for the daily Bling with Betly Drawing for a chance to win a designer jewelry gift card from Pandora or Swarovski.

Eligibility: 

To be eligible to participate in the Bling with Betly promotion patrons must wager $50 or more real money on select casino games and meet the other conditions of this Promotion (e.g., Patrons may not be on any exclusion or self-excluded lists).  

To obtain an account, register on the Betly Casino & Sportsbook mobile application or wv.betly.com. Registration for an account is free. Patrons must pass all applicable age and identity verification checks. All patrons must be 21+ to hold a Betly Casino & Sportsbook mobile application or wv.betly.com account.  Patrons must be physically located in West Virginia to place wagers and be a legal U.S. resident. 

Any patron who is found to be ineligible to play on the Betly Casino & Sportsbook mobile application or wv.betly.com may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards/prizes which have been awarded under this Promotion.

Agreement to Official Rules:  

By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Gamewise LLC, which are final and binding in all respects. Gamewise LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. 

Official Rules:  Terms and Conditions 

1.  Description of Promotion  

Eligible patrons who successfully complete all the conditions of this Promotion will earn entries into the Drawing. General mechanics for this promotion include:

Eligible patrons can earn an entry into each daily drawing as follows:

• Feb 1 – Feb 3: $200 gift card – Wager $50 or more real money on Triple Gold Bars to earn an entry each day.
• Feb 4 – Feb 6: $250 gift card – Wager $50 or more real money on Kitty Glitter to earn an entry each day.
• Feb 7 – Feb 9: $300 gift card – Wager $50 or more real money on Lock It Link Night Life to earn an entry each day.
• Feb 10 – Feb 12: $400 gift card – Wager $50 or more real money on 10000 Wonders 10K Ways to earn an entry each day.
• Feb 13: $500 gift card – Wager $50 or more real money on Jewel Dragon Red Phoenix to earn an entry each day.

2.  Promotional Period(s) 

This promotion is available from Saturday, 02/01/2025 at 12:00AM ET to Friday, 02/14/2025 at 11:59PM ET.

3.  Claiming the Promotion  

The Drawing Winners (“Winners”) will each receive a designer jewelry gift card, as selected by Betly Casino and Sportsbook, based on availability. Prize may differ from advertising.

Winners will be notified via their contact email and phone number listed on their Betly Casino and Sportsbook account to confirm their acceptance of the prize and coordinate shipping. If a Winner does not accept or cannot be reached within 72 hours of first contact attempt, the prize will be considered forfeited. Betly Casino and Sportsbook is not responsible for forfeiture of prize should a Winner not reply to contact attempts for any reason or be uncontactable for any reason.

Awarded prizes are non-transferable, hold no cash/bonus substitute value, and can only be substituted at the discretion of Betly Casino and Sportsbook. 

Betly Casino and Sportsbook is not responsible for any delays, loss, or theft of prizes as a result of third-party vendors or shipping entities fulfilling a prize.

Betly Casino and Sportsbook is not responsible for any warranty, damage, or technical malfunction with issued prizes. 

4.  Limitations on Participation 

This Promotion is limited and can only be claimed once per patron each day during the promotional period.  

5.  Cancellation of Promotion 

If a player wishes to cancel their promotion, they may do so by contacting Betly Customer Support at 304-238-2267 or [email protected]  

Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to Gamewise Terms of Use. Any wager placed in connection with the promotion can not be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

Betly Casino & Sportsbook reserves the right to change the dates, details, prizes and/or cancel the entirety or any part of the promotion at any time without notice. 

General Conditions:  

A.      This promotion is limited to eligible Betly Casino & Sportsbook verified accountholders only.

B.      Gamewise LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Gamewise LLC’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Gamewise LLC in its sole discretion, and subject to any regulatory requirements.

C.     Gamewise LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

D.     Gamewise LLC’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

E.      Space and participation may be limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Invitation to this promotion should not be considered a guarantee for entry and participation in the drawing.

F.      By participating, guests agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Gamewise LLC and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the promotion or these Official Rules. Any violation of these official rules may result in prize being withdrawn or void.

G.     Gamewise LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents are not responsible for any late, lost, incorrect, misdirected, or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, software or satellite transmission, including any injury or damage to participant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion or the awarding or inability to award any prize. Furthermore, neither Gamewise LLC nor any of the aforementioned are responsible for theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of applications; data processing that is processed late, incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render participants ineligible.  Promotional materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. 

H.     Participation in this promotion and acceptance of any offers, gifts, or prizes pertaining to this promotion constitutes permission for Gamewise LLC to use the participant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and residence address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or compensation, unless restricted by applicable law.

I.        Valid identification must be presented prior to receiving any offer, gift, or prize related to this promotion.

J.        This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

K.      All federal, state, and local taxes, if all expenses related to the receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

L.       This promotion is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

M.    Typographical and other errors are subject to correction. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

N.     Awarded prizes are based on availability.

O.     To claim a prize, the winner must follow requirements outlined in  these Terms & Conditions under ‘3. Claiming the Promotion’, must present a valid, government-issued photo ID and permit a photocopy be made of ID provided. Cash prizes valued at $600.00 or more will require the winner to complete an IRS W-9 and IRS 1099 form.

P.      Winners may be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability, a Publicity Release, and a completed IRS W-9 form within 14 days of being named the winner of a prize. 

Q.     Failure to return all required documents in this time might result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner being selected.

R.      Winners may be subject to verification to ensure compliance with these official rules prior to receiving any prize related to this promotion. 

S.      Any offers, gifts, or prizes relating to this promotion are non-transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.

T.       No substitution of a prize by the winner will be permitted unless otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules.  If it becomes necessary to substitute a prize due to unavailability of the prize originally intended, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Gamewise LLC. 

U.     In drawings where multiple winners are selected (including alternates chosen in case of disqualification), final prize positioning shall be based on the order drawn. No duplicates, reproductions or facsimiles will be accepted. Gamewise LLC reserves the right to delay promotion engagement (including drawings) due to unforeseeable issues, until such time as the promotion may proceed.

V.      In drawings where prize awards are dependent upon the winner being “present” within a specific time frame, the “present” time shall begin from the time the winner was drawn.

W.    Participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Gamewise LLC, vendors associated with this promotion, and the respective officers directors, agent, employees and contractors of these entities, from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation or inability to participate in this promotion. 

X.      Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the promotion mechanics and/or implementation will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Gamewise LLC may prohibit a participant from participating in the promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, Gamewise LLC or other parties involved the promotion, including Gamewise LLC’s  employees and vendors.

Y.      If for any reason this promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Gamewise LLC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Gamewise LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Z.      Any disputes regarding this promotion shall be subject to New York law.

AA.  Gamewise LLC claims a copyright in this promotion and all accompanying materials.  No portion of this promotion or the accompanying materials may be duplicated, manipulated or redistributed in any form.  Violators of this copyright are subject to prosecution.

BB. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF  THIS PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GAMEWISE LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

CC.   Gamewise LLC reserves the right to amend any rules of this promotion, facilitate manually, or cancel all or any part of this promotion.

DD.   Employees of Delaware North Companies, Inc. and Gamewise LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates and persons licensed by the West Virginia Lottery Commission and persons licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission as on-the-grounds employees, and vendors directly associated with this promotion, their subsidiaries affiliates and agencies, and any immediate family members residing in the same household of any forgoing individuals are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

EE.  Winners must complete all required forms before any cash or prizes may be claimed.

FF.   Gamewise LLC reserves the right to disqualify any persons of the promotion.

GG.  Any dispute or situation not covered by the official rules will be resolved by Gamewise LLC management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. 

HH.  Persons who have been barred from any Gamewise LLC platform or who have requested West Virginia self-exclusion from the property or state are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

II.      Gamewise LLC will not be held responsible for a patron’s inability to hear his/her name announced during the drawing or patron’s inability to retrieve/access any form of communication notifying them of their winnings.
